A: Installation is very simple. Prepare the ground, then unpack the inflatable equipment and blower. Unfold the inflatable equipment, connect the blower, and turn on the power to inflate it.
Q: What type of surface can the inflatable equipment be installed on, and what preparation is required?
A: The surface must be level and even—such as grass, concrete, asphalt, wooden floors, or carpet. Do not install it on dirt, rocks, gravel, or sand. You should place a protective mat under the equipment to reduce friction between the product and the ground, which helps prolong the lifespan of the equipment and keep it clean.
Q: Do your blowers meet CE standards?

Q: What tests have your products passed?

Cleaning

Q: Are the inflatables clean?
A: Yes, they are very clean. After production, we thoroughly clean and disinfect each inflatable toy. During the cleaning process, we also conduct a complete safety check to ensure that every customer receives a flawless, safe product.
Q: How do we clean the products?
A: Simply wipe the equipment with soap and water. Do not use any type of solvent.

Car transportation: Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Tajikistan, these countries can choose car transportation, the advantage is that we can provide double-clearance service, customers only need to wait for your package in their own city, the transportation time takes about 20-45 days. Customs clearance tariffs are included.
Sea transportation: We are able to provide customers with double-clearance services for Russian full container goods.
Other countries require customers to be able to complete customs clearance by themselves.
